About this session

Breath has a profound impact on the nervous system. Elongating the exhalation stimulates the vagus nerve, thereby increasing parasympathetic activity, and providing relaxation in the present moment and into the future. Learn how ocean breathing can support the elongation of the exhalation for this benefit.

It's recommended to practice this for at least 10-15 minutes every day.

If this exercise and breathing exercises in general feels triggering, try the Scent & breathing practices for an additional aspect of a safety scent.
