About this session

A short tutorial in how to practice the Warrior A, Virabhadrasana A, and how you can modify according to your body and needs. Josefin explains how you can practice this dynamic standing posture in different ways depending on what your unique need is.

Warrior A is a great posture to practice when you want to increase strength in your legs and increase your overall energy.

This class is a part of the Prison Yoga Project.

About the instructor

Josefin Wikström

Josefin Wikström has been bringing yoga and dance into the Swedish prisons since 2008. Josefin is responsible for developing the Prison Yoga Programs for Yogobe, she has been working as a full-time teacher focusing on yoga for trauma-exposed populations since 2003.
