About this session

Release emotions that might arise in your everyday life. This breathing meditation is suggested to do to help discharge tension and emotions that you’ve stored in your body, and give them a pathway and expression to let them go. You’ll be practicing a breathing technique called Snake Breath, together with the Christ mudra. A meditative practice that is beneficial for your mind, breath, and body, for those days when you feel overwhelmed. It’s recommended to be seated during the meditation, on the floor, on the heels, or on a pillow.

This practice is recommended for those who have some experience with breathing practices. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.

These are suggested techniques that may help when feeling anxious or worried. If you're suffering from trauma or disease, we recommend that you seek professional help.
