About this session
In PTSD, we are in a constant loop where we often can feel unsafe. This in turn leads to the release of stress hormones that increase anxiety, sending us into an ongoing sensation of worry. By engaging in yoga and mindfulness, we can practice and change how the brain operates, reducing PTSD presentation and increasing well-being.
