Monika has worked in the training industry, both nationally and internationally, for almost 20 years – as an instructor, entrepreneur, concept developer, motivator, educator, inspector, coach, mentor and personal trainer.
With a wide background within movement, Johanna creates classes and concepts from her base in yoga, pilates, dance, functional training and meditation.
