About this session

En övning som du kan ta till när du känner ett ökat stresspåslag och vill stötta dig själv. Genom att träna på att möta din stress med vänlighet minskar du obehagskänslan vid stress och skapar på sikt ett accepterande och schysst förhållningssätt till dig själv och dina reaktioner. Övningen kan utövas sittande, liggande eller stående, var som helst.

Övningen ingår även som en del i Monas 12 veckors stressprogram för mentalt välbefinnande. I programmet får du stöd och vägledning för att förebygga eller hantera stress, alternativt påbörja din inre resa tillbaka vid utmattning.
