Matthew is an education provider and personal trainer within the fields of health and fitness. Matthew is an ambassador for CASALL sportswear and spokesperson for POLAR heart rate monitors and VIVOBAREFOOT footwear. Having presented his ideas in over 20 countries at events such as Asia Fit, China and Filex, Aus. Matthew has also been consulting with companies such as Nike, Shell, SAS and Adidas.
He was part of the original Schwinn Cycling Master Instructor team and was a consultant for Nautilus International where he was involved in the development and teaching of many of their education programs globally. Matthew developed the 80 workouts in the CASALL T.O.D - Training Of the Day Iphone training app which has now over 100,000 users.
He has been used as a reference in several books and publications and is contributing training advisor for ELLE. Matthew is a course tutor for Norway’s largest Personal training school – AFPT.
Essentially the goal for Matthew is that every student developments their natural movement patterns. Movements such as running, climbing, jumping, lunging, pulling pushing are natural to use all and should be achievable within the realms of the student. He has wired a fusion of different forms and movement systems that are combined to build a united system that will give the student freedom to explore their physical potential and move in sports and life with more fluidity and efficiency.
