Pilates Flow

A flowing pilates class on the mat with series to strengthen and balance the whole body. Strength, mobility and balance training. 
On this class we practice pilates in supine, prone, seated and standing positions. A flowy training that is effective and at the same time kind to the body. The class starts soft and slow with a warm up- serie and continues with basic matwork exercises and longer combinations. The class ends with a calming and mobilizing stretch sequence.

Who is this LIVE class for?
This class is perfect for anyone who wants to train strength, mobility and balance with the aim to get a stronger, more flexible and well balanced body.
The class will give you a basic understanding of the pilates technique, better body awareness, and improved posture. You will build up your core strength and stability to be able to move freely and with ease in your everyday life and is created to give a nice flow. You will feel invigorated and get a full body workout.
