Discover ☥

Learn and be inspired to start a daily home spiritual practice, Sadhana. Experience the knowledge of Holy Trinity (Pranayam, mantra and meditation). Gain a deeper understanding of yourself by learning about your unique strengths and how to harness them to live more authentically and wholeheartedly. Get clear on what your path is in life by discovering your dharma, put out your intentions and be ready for the manifestations.

Community ☥

Welcome to your Tribe! Being in a group adds a lot of inspiration to our studies and brings more compassionate forth. Sharing together in circles invites us to articulate our experiences and findings, and also gain wisdom from others experiences. Group mind is such an important part of our training and we shall feed it with our truest presence. This is an inclusive and nurturing community that holds space with integrity and love.

Deepen your practice ☥

Gain a deeper understanding of the human body from extensive study of experiential anatomy, physiology. Learn about the physical practice of yoga & proper alignment in asanas from the inside out. Discover, embody and master the art and science of creative sequencing and using kramas. Dive into the world of the subtle body experiencing and studying somatically for example Chakras (from the Tantrik perspective) and more. Study yoga and Tantrik Philosophy interactively to inspire and support your path.

Authentic teaching ☥

To teach, we need sensitivity, intention, compassion and courage. A good, authentic teacher always teaches from her/his own practice. As a teacher we are there to support, inspire and see what there is needed for each individual and for the group as a whole too. We must create and facilitate a safe environment for learning and growth. As the most important tools, we learn about holding space, use of voice, body language and touch, the purpose and use of props and what is important in hands-on adjustments and assists.

Going deeper ☥

Get EMBODIED through Somatics like BMC, Somatic Earthing, Embodied Flow™, Embodied Yin™, Embodied Mama, free movement, dance and more! These explorations provide technology for a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity in the human form. This in turn, helps us as teachers to see and understand different bodies and furthermore we gain tools to empower our students to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, process, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind.

Teachers:

  • Satu Tuomela:
    • Satu Tuomela, ERYT500, Reiki Master, Embodied Flow™ senior teacher, creator of Embodied Yin™ & Authentic Flow. Satu has been teaching yoga and movement for over 20 years and is known for her unique, otherworldly and authentic transmission. Satu is specialized in Somatics and Embodiment practices. She is an experienced yoga teacher with more than 10.000 teaching hours under her belt & is soon to be a movement therapist.
  • Fanny Olsson:
    • Yoga has been a growing part of Fanny's life for 14 years, and she has been a teacher for five years. She has a keen interest in the transformative processes of awareness, and her passion in teaching is to facilitate people towards an ever freer experience, both in the body, and in life as a whole. As a former medical biologist, Fanny is something of "body nerd"; though, today, her primarily focus is to know the body through the felt sense of the various layers and systems - something that she shares in her classes. With her deep love for Kashmir Shaivism and it's non-dualistic worldview, she also often weaves philosophy and tantric practices into her teaching, in an easily accessible manner.
  • Mike Bloch-Levermore:
    • Mike’s lectures aspire to make the complexities of yoga traditions easier to grasp with a light-hearted and approachable style, engaging students interactively in the process. Sessions have involved cartoons, skateboards, balloons, rolls of tape, role-playing and competitions for candy. Mike blends mild irreverence with moments of deep profundity to create a warm and inviting learning environment, intended for practitioners of all levels to learn and ask questions. Originally from the UK, he gained a bachelor degree in Western Philosophy, and has studied Hinduism, Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit with Oxford University, and Yoga Philosophy with Seth Powell of Harvard University.
  • Evy Ferraro:
    • Working with physiotherapists as a remedial Pilates teacher for 3 years gave me insight that there was more to the Western approach of medicine, which initiated my Yoga journey to India in 2015. Since, I have completed 700 RYT and noch teach 300hr teacher trainings in Yoga therapy, alongside running retreats and workshops worldwide. My passion lies where East meets West - the integration of ancient wisdom with modern day science. My classes have a focus on experimental anatomy, somatic movement, elemental yoga & Myofascial Release technique. I continue to devote my path to this beautiful practice of life, as a teacher and forever student.
  • Leeladasi:
    • Leeladasi’s deep devotion to the Maha Devi is self-effacing and when she holds space, what is left is pure, open presence. This becomes the crucible where you meet Shakti as an aspect of yours, to be seen, held close, and become one with, in the alchemy of Sadhana (practice). Leeladasi, the name given to her by Padamji, a beloved teacher, alludes to her innocence, the preservation of a sense of oneness with all. By which she experiences everything as magic. Dasi is translated as servant. She uses her gifts to orient others to their innate perfection. It is this call to service, to hold space for others, so that they may come into their unconditioned wholeness, that gives her the courage to remain open, vulnerable and honest. Whichever mode of self-exploration or practice she shares, what she creates is a container for the radical affirmation of the total manifestation of the Self.
