About this session

Låt denna mindfulnessmeditation vara ett stöd när du har jobbiga eller svåra känslor. Under din promenad kommer du att guidas till hur du på olika sätt kan ta hjälp av naturen för att orka möta och vara kvar i svåra känslor. Den här övningen innehåller längre och helt tysta pauser för att du lättare ska observera det som finns runt omkring dig och rikta ditt fokus utåt mot omgivningen.

Övningen ingår även som en del i Monas 12 veckors stressprogram för mentalt välbefinnande. I programmet får du stöd och vägledning för att förebygga eller hantera stress, alternativt påbörja din inre resa tillbaka vid utmattning.
