A guided meditation that is practiced sitting. The practice is inspired by the Buddhist meditation practice called Metta Bhavana and it includes cultivating loving kindness towards oneself and one’s environment. It is a progressive practice where you start with yourself and work your way towards the external relationships that you share with others.
The practice includes repeating a mental affirmation and sending the intention of loving kindness to whomever you choose to focus on during this meditation.
