Gwyn will talk about some crucial daily practices to keep you assimilating all the goodies that go in your mouth, how to keep the belly warm, different ways to sit and how the environment you eat in will affect your digestion. It is not what you eat – it is how you eat.

About the instructor

Gwyn Williams

Gwyn Williams is a Movement based therapy teacher and the Founder of Zenthai shiatsu. More recently the Zenthai bodywork has evolved into a sister art form known as Zenthai flow. Zenthai flow is a rhythmic, fluid yoga asana and chi gung practice involving the 5 elements and has a solo and partner work components.
