About this session
In this class, focusing on chest openings, you move in waves through the body to loosen old knots that keep us stuck moving and thinking in linear or familiar patterns. The effect is metabolic rather than conceptual.
The heart-breakthrough is the moment of returning Home. It is a progression towards re-organized innocence. Meaning, over time and experience we eventually come back around in spiral fashion to a childlike state of awe and wonder, only that this time around we have the wisdom of life’s tensions and challenges it took to get us there.
You'll need two blocks during the class or two thick books.
This class is a part of the course Introduction to Tantra. A 5-part introduction course where you'll be diving into contemplations, meditative-movement yoga and self-awareness.
