About this session

This Yoga Nidra helps you to unwind, decompress, destress and rejuvenate. You will be taken into a state of deep relaxation for both body, mind and spirit. Use all the props you need to make yourself comfortable, for example bolster or pillows, blanket and eye pillows.

This class is perfect for any day of the week. It is excellent to include before bed or after a lot of “doing”.

Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that is usually performed lying on your back. The meditation takes you into deep relaxation, into a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. The goal is for the body to go completely to rest while the mind is still awake and focused, but calm. Yoga Nidra can be guided in different ways, with different purposes, for example, to sleep better, provide increased energy or give a fresh start during the day.

About the instructor

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
