About this session
A gentle flow of poses that can be practiced in bed, or just before you go to bed, to help you come into your body, calm your mind and close your day.
This class is designed to work as pre-asanas for the Yoga nidra – fall asleep meditation to help you deeply relax and fall asleep, but the sequence can also be done on its own. Start with these slow and relaxing asanas that can be performed in bed and continue with any guided yoga nidra sequence.
