About this session

One conscious breath at a time we change the world to the better, and we connect ourselves with our unbound potential. In this short lecture, Ulrica talks about the breath and how it works within ourselves; in relationship to the nervous system, brain and metabolism. How the breath affects our mind and mindsets, how we through pranayama can reduce stress in both body and mind, mobilize energy for sports and training and balance our life spiritually.

About the instructor

Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
