Detta är en klass för dig som vill ha en lugn stund för att varva ner och mjukna i baksida lår, höfter och rygg. Det passar även bra för dig som har svårt att exempelvis belasta händer/handleder då det utförs liggande på rygg.

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
