Denna nidra finns Ă€ven utan bakgrundsmusik – Yoga Nidra – vila in i natten. 

Yoga nidra, Àven kallad yogisk sömn, Àr en guidad meditation som vanligtvis utförs liggande pÄ rygg. Meditationen tar dig in i djupavslappning, in i ett tillstÄnd av medvetande mellan mellan vakenhet och sömn. Kroppen kan fÄ gÄ ner helt i vila medan sinnet fortfarande Àr vaket och fokuserat, men lugnt. Yoga nidra kan guidas pÄ olika sÀtt, med olika syften för att exempelvis sova bÀttre, ge ökad energi eller ge en nystart under dagen.

About the instructor

Johanna Alvin

Johanna is the former sports instructor who currently runs the yoga studio FLOW in Gothenburg. She spreads inspiration and warmth as a yoga teacher at her studio, conventions, workshops and yoga teacher trainings.
