Luke tries not to separate himself as a yoga teacher and as a person. How can we meet every moment on the mat in a way that we would like to meet every moment off it? How can we cultivate focus and presence from a centered, kind, loving and playful place?

Luke believes these are qualities we are all born with but sometimes we forget this and get caught up in our stories.

His teaching is a combination of hatha, vinyasa, yin, neuroscience, concepts from psychotherapy, Buddhist teachings, tantra, yoga therapy and Qi Gong.
