"How we feel during the day affects our sleep, and how we sleep at night affects how we feel during the day. Everything in our life is connected and sleep is like the cornerstone of our health and well-being"
Good sleep can help us feel good, perform at our peak, and be more patient parents and empathetic fellow human beings. But it's not always that easy, is it? We can't force ourselves to sleep and we may need help finding the right tools and approaches that work for us."
Frida Rångtell is a sleep expert who is passionate about increased sleep health both in society and for you as an individual. She has done research at Uppsala University and today she runs the company Slumra (www.slumra.nu) where she spreads knowledge about sleep in various ways, inspires to create positive change, and provides practical guidance that you can take with you in everyday life. Among other things so she lectures, and holds courses and workshops for different types of target groups – everything from school-age children, to sports associations, academics, companies, and seniors.
