We are often rushing into the next thing that we forget the importance of slowing down during transitions. This Sunday evening class is meant to help you transition from one week to the next with slow gentle asanas to release tensions from the past week and help you ease into a restful slumber in preparation for the next week. 

It will be helpful to have straps and balls to roll on—a tennis ball or some sort of massage ball. Participants can expect to breathe better and feel more relaxed after the class.
