Discovering your inner witness, or Higher Self, has been at the core of yoga for millennia - Before the modern emphasis on āsana practice, yogins dedicated their lives to quiet meditation to understand their most inner Selves. 

Hear the compelling argument that experiencing your witness is likely an everyday occurrence - the bit that takes time and practice is understanding and investigating it. This meditative lecture involves learning ways to recognise your inner witness, a little time in contemplative meditation, as well as hearing the fascinating conclusions of the ancient yogins that meditated before you. 

Bring whatever you need to sit in meditation comfortably, whether it’s a big stack of cushions or a chair. And maybe a cup of tea for the lecture parts!
