Recording: Awaken - To rouse from sleep

For four Fridays in October, we’ll gather in the early morning light to be guided through a variety of breath and meditation practices to help access, free-up and ground the body, while softening the thinking mind and landing deeper within to prepare for the day ahead.

We’ll dive right in at 6.30, ride the wave of practice, and land at 7.15 with a sweet and simple closure to our time together.
