About the Course
Yoga has the potential to increase freedom and decrease suffering in your life. However, just doing your yoga is not enough. Whatever unfortunate patterns you are stuck in, you can and will bring them into your yoga practice if you do not know how to navigate. The traditional navigation tool is yoga philosophy.
This course offers a powerful journey into your own life, and at the same time it will provide a comprehensive introduction to yoga philosophy. We shall draw on this ancient wisdom and use its models to address, what the Indian philosophers call the root cause of suffering.
During three intensive days you will be guided through theory, personal reflections, group work and yoga practice. After these three days, you will be given homework to help apply the new knowledge in your own life and practice. Four weeks later the course is completed with a written assignment of four pages, which Simon will personally read and comment. It is furthermore recommended that you read Simons book on yoga philosophy (available in Swedish) before the course.
The course is taught in English, and you can expect a challenging, joyful and (often times) transformational experience.
