Meditation is the key to stilling the mind so that we can tap in to the essence of who we really are. Just as we have our daily routine of brushing our teeth and making our bed, meditation as a daily practice can help clear the mental clutter so that we can see things with clarity. A daily meditation practice has been proven to help regulate emotions, lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and increase a sense of overall balance and well being. In this course, Sarah Platt-Finger will share the art of meditation through the lens of the ISHTA practice in a way that is integrated, authentic, and accessible.

Sarah Finger is the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC and the private yoga teacher of Dr. Deepak Chopra.
