International yoga and science conference
Eddie Stern is a yoga teacher, author, and lecturer from New York City. He is known for his multidisciplinary approach to furthering education and access to yoga, as well as his teaching expertise in Ashtanga Yoga. He has a newly-released yoga book (2019): One Simple Thing: A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How It Can Transform Your Life. Participants to the Conference will hear from 5 distinguished panelists in the field of Yoga & Science who will give presentations on their research and published findings. There will be a short fika pause during the Conference and time at the end will be given to answer questions from the participants.
