HEART YOUR HEART OUT
This module explores what it really means to bow your brain to your heart and be a courageous, loving, humble and a "whole" teacher, and a human being, guiding fearlessly others.
With Authentic Flow and somatic movement practices, Embodied Yin™, yoga nidra, pranayama, mudra, chanting, visualizations, manifestation practices, philosophy, and meditation, we will gain strong foundations in the practices of Heart - Mind super potion, the non-dual tantric teachings on awakening, tantric cosmology and so much more.
We will question and find what is the most important thing with Awakening to THIS, all that there is.
The training at Pranama will include a total of 60 hours. Full 100 hour module includes a self-study portion after the training which includes 40 hours of home pranayama, meditation, asana from different systems, planning classes, writing an essay of the training (and after) experience. “Aside from perfecting headstands (or for me a yin saddle pose), philosophy is one of the more challenging aspects of yoga to master, but I don’t think it needs to be. Philosophy should be an everyday practice available for everyone. A way of thinking that teachers should be able to articulate and integrate into their classes.” – Mike
Mike Bloch-Levermore from the UK has a BA in Western Philosophy, certificates in Yoga Philosophy and Hinduism, a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and is currently studying Sanskrit with Oxford University. Apart from this Mike has travelled extensively, working as an expedition leader in South America, China and Africa; a PADI Divemaster in S.E. Asia and a Kayak Instructor in Europe. More recently, he has designed bespoke certificates in International Skills for a university in Denmark.
Mike has always enjoyed creating new opportunities though education; to watch others experience something new, exciting and wonderful. He sees that Yoga is rich with these possibilities of personal growth, fitness and healing. Last year he was teaching Philosophy classes at two of Satu’s teacher trainings and will be launching a certificate in Applied Yoga Philosophy.
