Opening the Flow Channels
We'll start the journey with a philosophic contemplation class where we'll explore ourselves by connecting to the energetic body. A meditation where you'll be lying down focusing on opening your flow channels, starting in shavasana.
As we refine our attention we can perceive the energetic substratum of our existence and tangibly begin to feel the movement of prana within the flow channels of the body.

Part 1: The Energetic Body
We often believe that we can’t feel energy. Yet, everything is a matter of energy – the mind is an energy, our emotions are energy in motion, and the breath is purring energy. In Tantra, the whole world is energy vibrating at different rates and manifesting in infinite myriad forms. Energetically our bodies, much like the macrocosmic Earth-body, are permeated by a series of channels and rivers. Via these internal inlets and openings, life is always greeting us. However, whether we can taste life's richness depends on what’s already on our palate.

Part 2: Polarity of Energy
In this second part, we'll focus and dance between the polar forces, and explore how to balance these symbiotic opposites by using your vision, your internal drishti, and your awareness. The practice in this teaching is an invitation to rinse and release through twists and rotations, for you to come back to your center, and find balance in your life through the act of giving and receiving.

Part 4: Resonance & Purification
The way that a tuning fork works is that once struck it sends out vibrations. If a second tuning fork is brought into proximity, the second gets inspired and starts vibrating at the same frequency. This vibratory phenomenon is resonance! Resonance is one of the fundamental concepts of tantra.

Part 5: Infinite Metamorphosis
In tantra, we can activate the internal alchemy by harnessing the areas we are most rigid, contracted, or stuck, and using them as the catalyst that propels the exact degree, dimension and direction of our highest growth. In the practices in this part, we'll be moving into the density, leaning into the places where you'll feel stuck. Surrounding to the un-doing, cultivating inner awareness.
