In this class we continue to explore the standing sequence to complete the second segment of the Ashtanga vinyasa practice. Thus, we will move through Sun Salutations and the full standing sequence.

Mastery of ashtanga vinyasa yoga comes from repetition and it is important that we mindfully and gradually over time build up our practice with the proper techniques.
