Per is a Kundalini yoga teacher and has since 2005 developed Migraine Yoga to provide people with severe headache tools to deal with their pain. Today he runs Yogamottagningen in Stockholm, together with his wife Anita. They offer various yoga forms, massage and ayurvedic counseling. Per has written the books Migränyoga and Stressyoga, based on his yoga philosophy, where yoga becomes a practical tool in everyday life to maintain and restore health. Per would like to combine the practical parts of yoga from Migraine Yoga with the more spiritual dimension in Kundalini yoga.
