She’s a regular guest teacher offering workshops, cpd's and retreats at a variety of locations, one of them being Triyoga, one of the most prominent yoga centre’s in the world.
Eleonoras has worked with trauma-adapted yoga, including work for the organization Solace Women's Aid, where she specifically worked with women exposed to sexual violence and abuse. She also taught trauma adapted yoga for vulnerable youths for the Body and Soul organization during spring 2018. For the sake of simplicity, Eleonoras’ style of yoga can be called hatha yoga, however, her classes are multi-dimensional and contemporary in nature. Movement, breath, touch, sound and poetry weaved together into a well-rounded embodied experience. Each session takes you on a journey of creative inquiry where every action is purposefully weaved into the next at a slow and steady pace. Her yoga classes put emphasis on fostering concentration, exploring creative movement and encouraging agency. In addition to her training in meditation and yoga, Eleonora holds a BA (Hons) first class degree in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School and a Masters in Effective Learning and Teaching from the Institute of Education, University College of London (distinction). She continues her depth of study through her PhD studies at The Department of Education, Society and Practice at the Institute of Education UCL under the supervision of Professor of Philosophy John Vorhaus and Dr. Eleanore Hargreaves, reader in Learning and Pedagogy.
