About this session

This breathwork practice explores gentle breath awareness and the natural pauses that arise between each inhale and exhale — known in Sanskrit as kumbhaka. During the session, you’ll be invited to attune to your own rhythms, without forcing or fixing. With soft, clear guidance, you’ll be supported to reconnect with the breath as a felt, relational experience — ideal for nervous system restoration, emotional presence, and embodied calm.
