Ulrica has a background as a journalist and has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters degree. in Film and Communication from Stockholm University. Since the age of 19, she has been interested in yoga, meditation and personal development. The first meeting of yoga took place in NYC. She has several longer educations in yoga (is E-RYT) and is educated in health maintenance.

Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers of yoga and early portrayed yoga to the public. She has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia and she was one of the first in Sweden to offer personal training in yoga, as well as therapeutic yoga for individuals and groups.

After having worked with running the yoga Studio OmYoga in Stockholm, now called Urban Om, she works as a consultant for other studios and facilities, as well as workshops and educations in different locations in Scandinavia, Europe and the United States.

Education: Educations in Classical Hatha yoga / Sivanada - Satyananda Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, ISHTA Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Anatomy. E-RYT 500 registered teacher (Yoga Alliance), Senior Teacher, Yoga teacher educator.
