Nothing flows straight, but its all in relation to each other. This magnificent body of ours: so deep in its complexity and so simple in its response, so willing to heal when given the chance. Yoga is relational. Anja runs the yoga studio Yoga Buddhi in Gothenburg, Sweden, which is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Anja encountered yoga 19 years ago and it has been her full-time profession for the last 12 years. Today she teaches the style of Embodied Flow™ yoga because it's practices has shifted her relationship to both pain and ecstasy and she's become a freer and happier human. She now know better what healing the body mind vehicle is and how to access the flow of it more regularly. Its a simple practice of total presence, which can be oh so ’not-simple’ when the mind or body is buzzing. These practices are meant to liberate, and I find them, over time, doing just that.

Embodied Flow Yoga explores that relatedness between all that you already are. Through an integrative blend of hatha yoga, somatics, movement meditations, tantric philosophy, and transpersonal psychology it elicits the experience of stepping into flow as meditation in action. In this workshop we journey through some of the body systems to find deep pathways of connection. The technique is simple, the result can be radical. Blessed to share with you!

Education: Anja is a certified Embodied Flow TM teacher, certified in Anusara, registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500 (top level). She runs the yoga school Yoga Buddhi which also is registered at Yoga Alliance. At the moment she studies with Tara Judelle, Sianna Sherman, Paul Muller Ortega and Bonnie Bainridge Cohen.
