Grounding skills – Trauma yoga

About this session

This is a grounding class that also involves tensing and releasing the upper legs and buttocks. When we feel threatened, the body naturally wants to run away. By tensing and releasing these areas of the body, we give energy to our natural needs and practice how we respond to stress and traumatic reactions.

For Grounding classes part 1 and 2, please see Grounding – Trauma Yoga and Grounding short – Trauma Yoga.
