About this session

Create heat and energy in this pilates resistance band workout. A lovely mix of mobility, strength, and cardio, working through the whole body. You'll need one or two bands, for example, a resistance band or a flex band. It's a great way to gently but sweaty challenge yourself. A quick and effective workout that you can always practice on your own terms.
