About this session

Sittande och ryggliggande sekvens på pilatesboll där fokus ligger på stabilisering av ländrygg och bäcken. Bra vid smärtproblematik i ländrygg, nacke och bäcken. Eller vid generellt behov av ökad bålstyrka.

Dessa övningar är förslag på rehabiliterande träning. De passar inte alltid varje individ och det är viktigt att kontakta läkare eller fysioterapeut om man har skador eller sjukdomar som kräver detta.

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
