About this session

Explore and learn the technique of Seated half-bound lotus (Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana) – a part of the Ashtanga Primary Series - we move into this position as part of our quest to open up the hip. We move with immense respect for the knee and keep it healthy. In all positions, we always want to avoid any unnecessary stress or discomfort on/for the knee.
