Jennie Wadsten fell in love with yoga in 1997 and has taught internationally full time since 2005. She has participated in several teacher training courses and workshops over the years in Ashtanga vinyasa, Anusara yoga, Vinyasa flow, Virya yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and has also studied psychology and anatomy. She sees yoga as a lifelong exploration and is curious to constantly broaden and deepen her knowledge in yoga.

Jennie is convinced that there are many truths in yoga, that what is "right" will differ from one person to another, and the purpose of her teaching is to guide students to learn to communicate with their bodies and their minds - to guide them towards their truth.

In her teaching, she encourages curiosity and cultivating breath, awareness and gratitude to make it easier to access these qualities even in everyday life, outside the yoga mat. She is warm, enthusiastic and has extensive knowledge in biomechanics and how the training can be performed in a safe way and at the same time be a caring exploration.

Jennie is an E-RYT 500 (Yoga Alliance, USA), has been offering teacher trainings with her team since 2007 and lives in Goa, India.
