A calmer yoga class that can be helpful when you have a backache. The focus is to strengthen the lower parts of the back, and also to release tension in muscles that are tense and become affected by stress.
If you are experiencing pain, get out of the posture and try some of the options, or skip the exercise completely. Please consult healthcare professionals before starting the yoga program if you have any spinal injuries.
