About this session

En klass för den som vill stärka kroppen, inifrån och ut. Den djupa främre muskelkedjan står för vår posturala funktion, och rör sig bland annat under foten, kring knäleden, via bäckenbotten, kring ländryggskotorna, diafragma (andningsmuskulaturen) hjärtat, halsen och tungan. I den här klassen jobbar vi med att aktivera den här kedjan genom att hitta tryck från händer och fötter samt i balans positioner.

About the instructor

Majja Lund

Majja is an energetic physiotherapist and yoga teacher who loves movement and who spreads joy around training and exercise through yoga, dance and much more. She organizes wellness events, is an instructor on wellness and health trips and holds workshops and yoga teacher trainings together with Veronica Jäderlund through EverydayYogaSchool.
