About this session

Work your core, shoulders, rotations and balance on all fours on your mat. You can challenge yourself with push and pull actions for strength and stretch. This is a class you can do any time during your pregnancy, just choose your modifications. If you don't want to put weight on your hands you can use your forearms, a wall or a chair instead.

Emma is originally from Arizona, USA, now she lives in Gothenburg and teach pilates at Pilates Complete where she offers fun and lighthearted classes. Pilates is Emmas passion – she loves to learn and expand her practice.
