About this session

Om du vill skapa rörlighet och medvetenhet kring dina skuldror och axlar är detta en klass för dig. Den kan även vara bra för dig med artros i detta område. Med hjälp av en vägg och bälte inleds klassen med att få upp rörlighet samt med lätt belastning i skuldrorna. För att stärka får du sedan göra övningar i fyrfota för att belasta skulderpartiet och ökar medvetandet kring muskelkedjor. Du får även arbeta med rörlighet i armar, axel och bröstrygg.

Dessa övningar är förslag på rehabiliterande träning. De passar inte alltid varje individ och det är viktigt att kontakta läkare eller fysioterapeut om du har skador eller sjukdomar som kräver detta. För vidare information se paragraf 12.1.1 i våra Användarvillkor.

Hillevi Borga

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
