About this session

Under graviditet och amning utsöndrar kroppen hormonet relaxin som ökar ledrörligheten, särskilt i bäckenet. Pilates stärker musklerna som håller lederna på plats, och ökar därmed stabiliteten i lederna. Jasmin är tillsammans med Linda Ahlgren grundare och ägare av Pilates Complete och Pilates Complete Education. Hon är fullt certifierad STOTT PILATES-instruktör och undervisar bl. a. pre och postnatal pilatesträning för grupper och i personlig träning.
