About this session

Ett utmärkt pass för dig som behöver eller vill bygga upp din bålstabilitet från grunden. Majja kommer visa dig små men välinvesterade rörelser i ett lugnt tempo, för att verkligen skapa kontakt med det djupa coremusklerna.

Dessa rörelser passar även som rehabiliterande övningar för ryggen. Övningarna under passet kommer helt och hållet vara nära mattan på golvnivå. Du kommer behöva en yogakloss eller en tjockare bok under klassen.

About the instructor

Maria Svensson

Maria holds dance classes, coaches and educates in Dance for Health and belongs to the Dance for Health-Sweden team. Maria also holds training events together with Majja Lundh in the company Hela Hållbar Hälsa, and travels as an instructor with Springtime Travel.

Majja Lund

Majja is an energetic physiotherapist and yoga teacher who loves movement and who spreads joy around training and exercise through yoga, dance and much more. She organizes wellness events, is an instructor on wellness and health trips and holds workshops and yoga teacher trainings together with Veronica Jäderlund through EverydayYogaSchool.
