About this session
Get your heart rate going along with Emma in this up-tempo Pilates Barre class. You'll be using your whole body – integrating pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. This is an effective workout, building strength, endurance, and stability from head to toe.
During the class, you'll need a couple of lighter weights (1-2 kg) and something to hold as a substitute for the barre, as suggested a chair or a stair railing. If you don't have any weights available you can use two filled water bottles.

About the instructor
Emma is originally from Arizona, USA, now she lives in Gothenburg and teach pilates at Pilates Complete where she offers fun and lighthearted classes. Pilates is Emmas passion – she loves to learn and expand her practice.
