About this session
This empowering Pilates-based strength class uses kettlebells to help you build muscle, improve stability, and boost energy – all with a focus on moving with control and intention. You’ll work through a balanced sequence targeting the whole body, especially legs, glutes, and core, leaving you feeling grounded, strong, and energized.
While this class is suitable for anyone wanting to get stronger, it’s also especially supportive for women in or approaching menopause, thanks to its benefits for bone density, muscle mass, and overall vitality.
