A tutorial video going through the technique and alignment cues for Bhujapidasana (arm pressure pose) so that you can adjust your practice depending on your level of experience or possible limitations in the body.
Bhujapidasana is one of the more complex poses of the primary series and also of the only arm balances in the that we hold for a total of five breaths. In this tutorial we will, step by step, learn how to access the pose to give you a safe journey and remember to be patient and listen to your body.
