Prenatal pilates – standing
About this session
This standing pilates class will target the whole body, with focus on your pregnancy. Emma will guide you through circling hips, side bends, spinal rotations, articulation through the back and create space for your upper body/chest and shoulders. The last part is leg work and you can use a chair or a wall as a support if you like.
You can do this class in all trimesters and make the modifications that you need to. You also have the option to do the class and the exercises seated if you don't want to stand up the whole class.
About the instructor
Emma is originally from Arizona, USA, now she lives in Gothenburg and teach pilates at Pilates Complete where she offers fun and lighthearted classes. Pilates is Emmas passion – she loves to learn and expand her practice.
