Just like cats, we also have an inner vibration, and just like cats we can use the vibrations and vary the purr depending on our needs.
In this breathing meditation, you'll be connecting to these vibrations, to bring your balance and energy into place. You'll experience where the vibrations arrive in your body and at which pitch you'll feel at ease. During the meditation, it's recommended that you'll be seated on a chair or on the floor. Maybe with a cat in your lap.
